CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE

An NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) technique called the “Circle of Excellence (also called ring of power) can help to bring past experiences of confidence into present-day situations and can use that circle for future use when you need high confidence.

Positive emotions broaden your sense of possibilities and open your mind, which in turn allows you to build new skills and resources that can provide value in other areas of your life.

1. Create the Circle

Imagine a circle in front of you, on the floor. Visualize it about 3 feet in diameter, large enough to step into.

2. Your Most Confident Self

Step inside the circle and think of the most confident time or the happiest time in your life, the times when you felt that you are the happiest of all, the time you felt you have won everything. Think of those occasions personally or professionally. If you cannot think of personal experiences, then you can create any situation where you see that you have achieved everything you wished and you are in the peak of success and happiness. The brain cannot discern between a real or imagined history. The important thing is to feel the emotions it goes through that time, as if you are really in that situation or state where your confidence is high.

3. Charge your Circle

When you are at the peak of happiness just take an outside view of yourself how others see your emotions, how is your posture? What’s is your facial expression when you are highly confident. Charge your circle with high positive energy.

4. Your Own Portable Circle of Excellence

Now your circle is filled with positive energy which you have flushed yourself .You can bring this charged circle at any time any place whenever you feel depressed and lethargic. When you are afraid to face public or a situation where suddenly you are blank bring your circle which is filled with high positive energy.
